TEAM BUILDING IN HIGH PRESSURE ENVIRONMENTS
LESSONS FROM A SPECIAL OPERATIONS MISSION ABROAD
7-9pm
Wednesday 22nd Jan
Ante Room,
Honourable Artillery Company,
City Rd, London
EC1Y 2BQ

Legion and Metris Leadership are delighted to invite you to an evening exploring team development at the historic Honourable Artillery Company, located in the City of London. Our speakers are Special Forces veteran and entrepreneur, Tom Fehley MBE, and Dan Simmons, the CEO at Metris, who is also a former Commander in UK Special Forces.
Building a business is tough. Specifically, the tech startup ecosystem is a hugely competitive and high pressure sector to scale businesses within. Leaders need to build teams that become productive quickly. The dynamics of creating high performing groups are often overlooked, but this capability is fundamental to rapidly scaling companies.
Through the lens of a specific and high consequence mission Tom and Dan will discuss team building and leadership. The evening is designed to offer key insights into how to approach team selection, design and performance to those with a stake in doing so.
