The Sky Pavilion,

Rothschild & Co

Legion and Shackleton are delighted to invite you to an evening of leadership inspiration at the stunning Sky Pavilion, located in the London HQ of Rothschild & Co. Our key speakers are SAS veteran and polar explorer, Louis Rudd MBE, and Ed Bussey, serial tech entrepreneur with former active service in national security operations.

Building a business is tough.

In particular, the start-up ecosystem is a particularly competitive and high pressure environment. Leaders need to develop serious personal resilience to deal with the relentless series of challenges along the way – and they need to learn how to make the best decisions in highly stressful situations. What useful insights can today’s business leaders take from the approaches and training in today’s military sector?

Ed and Louis have successfully incorporated their training and experience from highly challenging circumstances – ‘high consequence’ situations like combat, covert operations and polar expeditions - into their corporate roles. The evening promises fascinating and practical insights for leading business teams through tough times.
